System Engineer

We are seeking a System Engineer responsible for the design, deployment, integration, and maintenance of network infrastructure, security systems, and low-voltage solutions. This role focuses on planning and implementing enterprise network environments, CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and supporting IT infrastructure for internal operations and client projects., * Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN solutions.

• Plan and implement structured cabling systems, network racks, patch panels, cable management, and low-voltage infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP-based CCTV surveillance systems, network video recorders (NVR), video management systems (VMS), and IP cameras.
• Install, configure, and support electronic access control systems, including door controllers, card readers, intercom systems, electric locks, and related security devices.
• Perform onsite installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of network and security systems.
• Configure VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networks, and basic network security policies.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, virtualization platforms, and supporting IT infrastructure when required.
• Perform system upgrades, firmware updates, preventive maintenance, backup, and recovery.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and security system issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, as-built drawings, and installation records.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and post-installation maintenance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and TCP/IP.
• Experience deploying and supporting CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, or other physical security solutions.
• Familiarity with structured cabling standards, rack installation, cable management, and low-voltage construction.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization platforms, and network services such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools and system diagnostics.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and perform onsite installation and commissioning.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
