We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong SQL expertise and extensive experience supporting large-scale government agency projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in requirements gathering, business process analysis, data analysis, stakeholder management, and technical documentation for complex enterprise systems., * Lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities.

• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain project documentation and requirements artifacts.
• Develop workflow diagrams, wireframes, and process models.
• Write SQL queries to validate system functionality and data integrity.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment activities.

• Experience analyzing and validating backend data processing.
