Job description
Our Client: A leading provider of secure technology solutions for global mobility and industrial operations, is seeking a Network Segmentation Engineer OT Cybersecurity. This role offers the chance to directly improve safety, uptime, and business continuity by designing identity-based micro-segmentation across enterprise and Operational Technology (OT) environments while advancing your career in a cutting-edge, Zero Trust aligned practice., Join a dynamic security-focused team helping Our Client build a secure and resilient global value chain. You ll design and implement micro-segmentation and identity-based access control strategies across both enterprise networks and OT environments where segmentation directly affects operational safety and continuity. Using software-defined access fabrics, automation/orchestration, and policy enforcement, you ll ensure access is tightly controlled and lateral movement is restricted. You ll also partner closely with cybersecurity, OT, and infrastructure teams to extend segmentation into real-world factory and manufacturing settings., * Design, deploy, and manage OT/enterprise micro-segmentation using software-defined access and identity-based policy enforcement
- Implement and manage network access control platforms for authentication, authorization, device profiling, posture assessment, and dynamic policies
- Configure automation/orchestration for fabric provisioning, policy management, assurance, and visibility
- Define and enforce access policies controlling lateral movement based on identity, device, location, and app context
- Build segmentation architecture using fabric overlays, virtual networks, control plane protocols, and data plane encapsulation
- Differentiate and apply campus-focused vs data center-focused segmentation models appropriately
- Troubleshoot complex authentication/connectivity/policy enforcement issues in segmented environments
- Support compliance/audit readiness with diagrams, policy matrices, and evidence of enforcement
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zero Trust security?, * Hands-on experience designing scalable access policies tied to identity and device context
- Proven ability to implement network automation/orchestration that improves provisioning and operational visibility
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multi-domain, production environments
- Collaboration experience with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and OT stakeholders, * Expert experience with enterprise network access control platforms (authentication policy design, device profiling, group-based policy assignment)
- Expert experience with network automation and fabric orchestration platforms (provisioning, policy management, assurance)
- Deep understanding of identity-based segmentation (tagging, policy matrices, tag propagation, group-based access control)
- Strong knowledge of software-defined access fabric architecture (overlay/underlay, control plane protocols, data plane encapsulation)
- Ability to apply Zero Trust aligned network segmentation
- Experience with enterprise wireless/switching and fabric-based deployments
- Familiarity with 802.1X, MAC-based authentication, RADIUS, and TACACS+
- Willingness to travel to factories/operational sites as needed
