Job description
- Install and repair customer services (fiber, copper, internet, TV, etc.)
- Work with both aerial and buried cable using proper tools and equipment
- Set up routers, WiFi, and home networking solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide great customer support
- Learn and use testing equipment, software, and systems (like iVUE)
- Keep accurate service records and complete daily timesheets
- Maintain inventory on your company vehicle
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Travel to other service areas as needed
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 3 months of related experience or training
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Willingness to learn and complete required certifications

- Basic computer and technical knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing technical environment, * Lift up to 75 lbs
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces (attics/under homes), and work at heights
- Be on your feet and active most of the day
