Staff Systems Engineer - Talon Test Lead

• Be accountable to the Program Director to ensure SE cost, schedule, and technical execution using application of program management, system engineering, integration & test principles and methodologies
• Be responsible for horizontal integration across engineering disciplines and IPTs to ensure successful execution of the technical statement of work.
• Be responsible for Configuration and Data Management processes and SE Products including requirements, architectures, operations concepts, models and simulations, interface control documents and verification plans and reports.
• Provide strong written, verbal, and stakeholder interface skills along with the ability to lead through influence to motivate peer IPT behavior to execute cross IPT team goals
• Manage program risk database

• Must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field and at least 12 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master’s Degree in a STEM field and at least 10 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and at least 8 years of relevant military / professional experience
• Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)., * Active security clearance
• Functional management experience
• Risk management experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $177,000.00 - $265,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
