Design and implement Snowflake-based data platform using Medallion Architecture, Gather requirements and analyze existing HL7 SQL Server ETL workflows

Design Bronze, Silver, Gold layers in Snowflake
Build data ingestion pipelines for HL7 messages (ADT, ORM, ORU)
Parse and map HL7 data into structured relational models
Perform data transformation, cleansing, and normalization
Reverse engineer SQL Server databases (tables, SPs, jobs, dependencies)
Migrate ETL and batch jobs to Snowflake (Tasks/Streams/ADF/Airflow)
Develop data models (fact & dimension tables) for analytics
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance

Knowledge of HL7 data structures & healthcare workflows
Experience in ETL/ELT tools (ADF, Airflow, etc.)
