Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer with strong development expertise, hands-on experience in Sitecore XM Cloud, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile environment, build scalable digital solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications., * Set up and configure project development environments.

Promote and follow development best practices.
Work within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver high-quality software.
Perform code reviews and collaborate with developers.
Deliver technical solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Provide effort estimates for development work.
Contribute to solution design and implementation decisions.
Support production deployments and post-deployment activities.

Requirements

8+ years of web development experience with strong Sitecore expertise.
Experience in Sitecore development, customization, and configuration.
Strong expertise in frontend development using React.js and Next.js
Extensive experience implementing Sitecore XM Cloud solutions with React and Next.js applications.
Proven ability to build reusable, scalable components integrated with Sitecore CMS.
Strong understanding of designing future-proof microsite architectures, considering scalability and maintainability.
Ability to evaluate and communicate current vs. future implementation of trade-offs effectively.
Experience developing high-performance, secure, and maintainable code.
Hands-on experience integrating Sitecore XM Cloud Page Builder, drag-and-drop components, and personalization features into frontend applications.
Demonstrated ability to develop new features and integrations within the Sitecore XM Cloud ecosystem.
Strong knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud best practices, design patterns, and common implementation pitfalls.
Experience in structuring and organizing CMS content models with a long-term approach.
Proficiency in developing Sitecore GraphQL queries for efficient content integration.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Proficiency in Git and/or TFS.
Experience with TDS (Team Development for Sitecore).
