Regional Healthcare Operations Manager - Multi-Site Men's Wellness Clinics

Men’s Wellness Centers is a physician-led men’s health organization dedicated to helping men take control of their health and performance. We provide concierge-style, membership-based care focused on hormone optimization, sexual health, weight management, preventative medicine, and longevity services.

With clinics in Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Newport News and a growing telehealth operation, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Regional Healthcare Operations Manager to help lead our next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

This is not a desk job.

You will own the operating engine of our business across three high-volume clinics and telehealth operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our centers are properly staffed, operationally efficient, financially accountable, and delivering an exceptional member experience every day.

You are equally comfortable reviewing KPIs at 8:00 a.m., resolving staffing issues at noon, coaching teams in the afternoon, and implementing process improvements that improve both member satisfaction and business performance.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and offers significant visibility, ownership, and career growth opportunities.

What You’ll OwnMulti-Site Operations Leadership

• Oversee daily operations across Richmond, Virginia Beach, and Newport News clinics
• Ensure operational consistency, accountability, and execution across all locations
• Address real-time operational issues, staffing gaps, member escalations, and service recovery needs
• Maintain high standards of member experience and clinic presentation

Staffing & Workforce Management

• Develop and manage staffing schedules across clinics, telehealth, and contact center operations
• Coordinate provider, clinical, and support staffing needs
• Manage time-off requests, schedule adjustments, and coverage planning
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives

Financial & Performance Management

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance
• Review and reconcile operational reporting and source data
• Administer payroll processes and bonus calculations
• Oversee financing workflows, funding issues, cancellations, and refunds
• Monitor expenses and support budgeting activities

Systems & Process Management

• Administer CRM, EHR, financing platforms, and operational reporting systems
• Support process improvement initiatives and workflow standardization
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation
• Coordinate system access management and onboarding/offboarding activities

Team Leadership

• Coach and support clinic teams, Patient Care Coordinators, and front-office staff
• Drive accountability through KPI reporting and operational reviews
• Partner with clinical leadership and executive leadership to achieve growth objectives
• Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, professionalism, and exceptional service

Facilities & Vendor Management

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships
• Manage office suppliers, equipment vendors, IT providers, and service partners
• Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Workforce management?, * 5+ years of operations management experience

• Experience managing multiple locations or departments
• Demonstrated leadership of teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, payroll, and recruiting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly between locations

Preferred

• Healthcare, medical practice, urgent care, concierge medicine, dental, med spa, or specialty practice experience
• Experience with CRM and EHR platforms
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar systems
• Experience creating workflows, SOPs, and training programs
• Experience supporting telehealth and contact center operations
