Job description

Lead the architecture, design, and modernization of enterprise applications and data platforms.
Define application, integration, cloud, and data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive technical leadership across global development teams and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
Design scalable, secure, high-performing solutions using .NET, Azure/AWS, APIs, and modern integration patterns.
Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, governance activities, and technology roadmap planning.
Modernize legacy applications and enable digital transformation initiatives.
Design and implement API-driven, event-driven, and messaging-based integration solutions.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.
Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Technical Architect or Solution Architect roles.
Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise application design.
Experience designing cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS.
Strong knowledge of application integration, messaging, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL/Document databases.
Understanding of scalability, resiliency, security, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Experience evaluating and designing Monolithic and Microservices architectures.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile/Kanban environments., * Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services industry experience.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and digital transformation programs.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in highly regulated environments.
Experience supporting inspection, scheduling, or operational business processes., A seasoned Technical Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), .NET technologies, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate should be capable of leading architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.
