Chestnut Hill Realty has an exciting opportunity for a Yardi/Digital Platforms & Data Systems Manager. In this newly created role, you will maintain our key digital platforms, improve system efficiency, and ensure data is accurate and accessible company wide. You will work closely with departments across our portfolio to support reporting needs, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall user experience. You will be leading the platforms to help drive efficiency, accuracy, and insight across our portfolio through technology and data.

As Yardi/Digital Platforms and Data Systems Manager, you will:

• Oversee the administration and continuous optimization of CHR’s core business platforms, ensuring they effectively support operational workflows and business objectives.
• Lead the administration, optimization, and day-to-day support of CHR’s Yardi Multi-family ecosystem and related operational systems supporting property management, leasing, accounting, and resident services.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, reporting consistency, and system best practices to support operational decision-making and business intelligence initiatives.
• Lead platform-related projects, system enhancements, upgrades, and cross-functional technology initiatives while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee system integrations and data flow between Yardi and connected business platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and accurate information across systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years’ experience with (platforms/business systems)
• Minimum of two (2) years project management experience preferred
• Experience in real estate, property management, or similar operational environments preferred.
• Experience supporting and optimizing integrated systems ecosystems, including ERP, CRM, and operational platforms (Yardi or similar strongly preferred).

The salary range for this role is $110,000-135,000 annually and is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. Along with competitive pay, we’re proud to offer great benefits and ongoing opportunities for learning and growth.
