Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in End User Services, Endpoint Engineering, or Network/Security Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Netskope administration and engineering.
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting endpoint security or network security agents (e.g., Netskope, Forcepoint Neo).

Strong understanding of:
- Netskope Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- SSL Inspection / Decryption
- DNS, TCP/IP, Routing, and Network Security Fundamentals
- Traffic steering and proxy architectures
- Web Filtering and URL Categorization
- VPN Technologies
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory
Expertise with Intune endpoint management platforms.
Familiarity with Azure AD, SSO/IdP integrations, and identity-based policy enforcement.
Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, authentication, and endpoint performance.
Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly communication.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise rollouts., * Netskope certifications (NCSA, NCSI, NCSW) or equivalent experience.
- Experience migrating from legacy web filtering platforms (Forcepoint Neo).
- PowerShell, Python, or automation experience for client deployment and diagnostics.
- Experience with Ivanti or similar ITSM platforms.
