Target Digital Network Analyst 2

Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development. Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing Agency tools. Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts. Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities. Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing. Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection. Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• Nine (9) years of experience and an Highschool degree/GED

OR

• Seven (7) years of experience and an Associate’s Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

OR

• Five (5) years of experience and an Bachelor’s Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

OR

• Three (3) years of experience and an Master’s Degree in Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

OR

• Two (2) years of experience and an Doctorate Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable

Relevant Experience

• Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a Computer Science (CS) major.
