Job description
Integrity Communications Solutions (Integrity) is seeking a Systems Engineer III (SE III) to support the Mission Planning (MP) Team on a Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communications (SATCOM) ground systems program. The Mission Planning Team supports development of mission planning capabilities enabling Protected Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) operations. This role focuses on requirements development, systems engineering analysis, integration support, and verification activities supporting mission planning applications and workflows. The selected candidate will work closely with systems engineers, software developers, test engineers, and operational subject matter experts to support delivery of mission planning capabilities within an Agile and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment., * Support development and refinement of Mission Planning requirements
- Develop and maintain engineering artifacts, requirements, and traceability products
- Support integration and verification planning activities
- Assist with development of test procedures and verification products
- Participate in technical working groups and Agile ceremonies
- Coordinate with team members to resolve assigned engineering issues
- Support engineering reviews and technical baseline activities
- Contribute to mission planning architecture and interface documentation
- Provide status and technical updates to team leadership
Requirements
Do you have experience in Requirements specification?, * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 2-6 years of systems engineering, integration, test, operations, or SATCOM-related experience
- Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes including requirements, integration, and verification
- Experience working with technical documentation, requirements, or test artifacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility, * Experience supporting SATCOM or MILSATCOM programs
- Familiarity with Mission Planning concepts and workflows
- Experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
- Familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- Experience supporting integration or verification activities
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
