Job description

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and cloud technologies, with the ability to build scalable AI applications that solve real-world business challenges., * Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning models and AI solutions.

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and inference.
  • Analyze large datasets and implement predictive analytics solutions.
  • Develop and optimize algorithms for performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance in production environments.
  • Implement best practices for model testing, validation, and deployment.
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and model architectures.
  • Stay current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or NLP.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Databricks, Spark, or distributed computing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Currently residing in the United States.
  • Valid authorization to work in the USA.
  • Available to work remotely in US business hours.
