Job description

  • Lead technical working groups to drive issue resolution, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and achieve program objectives.
  • Advise stakeholders through high-impact briefings, delivering defensible, data-backed recommendations that shape technical and programmatic outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-team technical activities, ensuring clear communication, shared priorities, and effective execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve software tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Perform trending and performance analysis on system hardware and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve unexpected software and hardware issues independently and in collaboration with cross-functional experts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple program teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer relationship building?, We are seeking an innovative and talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our systems calibration team. The candidate must have the ability to be a technically minded problem-solver, be able to focus on the task at hand: Location: Aurora, Colorado, * Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with senior technical management.
  • Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership.
  • An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance., * Organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages, including UNIX/Linux environments, MATLAB, Perl, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
