Job description

The Senior Space ISR / Non-Earth Imagery (NEI) Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, ISR planning, collection management, mission integration, and special project support to the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC), 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron (4 IAS), Non-Earth Imagery Flight. The analyst will support highly classified space intelligence missions focused on foreign space systems, counterspace capabilities, emerging threats, and operational mission requirements supporting United States Space Force, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and national-level customers. This position serves as a senior mission analyst supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of ISR activities while integrating Non-Earth Imagery (NEI) data, technical intelligence, collection strategies, and operational mission requirements into actionable intelligence products and decision-support materials. The analyst will routinely collaborate with engineers, image scientists, collection managers, operational planners, and Government leadership to address evolving mission priorities. Primary Responsibilities Special Project Support

  • Support highly classified special projects involving foreign space systems, counterspace activities, and emerging operational mission requirements.
  • Coordinate activities across technical teams, operational organizations, Intelligence Community partners, and Government stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, technical assessments, and decision-support products.
  • Identify mission risks, dependencies, intelligence gaps, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support mission transitions, capability integration, and operational implementation activities.
  • Prepare briefings, white papers, operational assessments, and executive-level products supporting Government decision makers.

ISR Analytic Support

  • Develop ISR strategies, operational concepts, collection plans, and mission support recommendations.
  • Support collection management activities and ISR asset allocation decisions.
  • Analyze ISR data from multiple intelligence sources and produce intelligence assessments.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and develop recommendations for future collection activities.
  • Support mission planning, operational assessments, and intelligence reporting requirements.
  • Provide technical intelligence and mission analysis supporting operational and strategic decision making.
  • Coordinate with mission partners to synchronize intelligence requirements and collection priorities.

Non-Earth Imagery (NEI) Mission Support

  • Integrate Non-Earth Imagery (NEI) data into intelligence assessments and mission reporting.
  • Understand capabilities and limitations of electro-optical, infrared, and other remote sensing systems supporting space intelligence missions.
  • Collaborate with image scientists and imagery analysts to support imagery exploitation and technical assessments.
  • Apply imagery-derived intelligence to operational planning, threat assessments, and mission analysis activities.
  • Support development of collection requirements and exploitation priorities for NEI mission activities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Intelligence community?, * Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, Engineering, Physical Science, Space Operations, Geography, Political Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ISR operations, intelligence analysis, collection management, space intelligence, or technical intelligence missions.
  • Direct Non-Earth Imagery (NEI) mission experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Space Force, NASIC, NSIC, NGA, NRO, or related organizations.
  • Experience developing intelligence reports, briefings, operational assessments, and decision-support products.
  • Experience working in classified intelligence environments.
