Hybrid Data Center Scheduler

This isn’t a “schedule updater” role - they need someone who can build, drive, and defend the schedule on large-scale projects ($200M-$1B+), working closely with project leadership to keep delivery on track.

The role:

• Develop and manage full lifecycle CPM schedules in Primavera P6
• Build schedules from scratch across precon through execution
• Partner with PMs, Superintendents, and clients to align sequencing and milestones
• Identify delays early and implement recovery strategies
• Support reporting, progress analysis, and schedule risk mitigation

Do you have experience in Schedule creation?, * Strong hands-on Primavera P6 expertise (critical path, logic ties, resource loading)

• Background in data centers, mission critical, or large-scale construction
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments
• Confident communicator who can challenge site teams when needed
