Job description
We are hiring a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer who has already built and supported complex production systems and wants meaningful ownership over what they build next.

What you will be responsible for
- Designing, building, and supporting full-lifecycle features within the Viper platform
- Developing backend services using C#, .NET Core, RESTful Web APIs, and SQL Server
- Building and maintaining front-end functionality using Angular
- Working in Azure-hosted environments supporting real production workloads
- Owning large initiatives from design through implementation, release, and long-term support
- Improving system performance, scalability, and reliability while reducing technical debt
- Evaluating architectural approaches, documenting decisions, and executing with accountability
- Collaborating closely with other senior engineers, product, and internal teams
- Leading testing and validation efforts and producing clear technical documentation
- Supporting releases and deployments as needed
- Mentoring other developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and example, * This position will assist in developing other developers through mentoring and teaching opportunities to grow the team., * This is a remote position for candidates residing in Florida due to payroll, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Occasionally, this role may require travel to our other client locations to support specific projects, workloads, or training activities.
- Will be required to be on-site at the company headquarters monthly or as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Have 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Are highly proficient with C#, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server
- Have hands-on experience with Angular or a comparable modern front-end framework
- Have worked on large, long-lived systems that serve real users in production
- Are comfortable making architectural decisions and standing behind them
- Can balance building new functionality with improving existing systems
- Communicate clearly and take ownership without needing heavy direction
Experience with manufacturing systems, ERP software, or operational platforms is a strong advantage., * A mature product with real scale and real technical challenges
- Senior-level ownership without unnecessary process or politics

- Long-term product focus. Not trend-chasing or hype-driven development

Location and logistics
- This is a remote position for candidates residing in Florida due to compliance requirements
- Occasional travel to client sites or IPS headquarters may be required
- Periodic on-site presence at headquarters as needed, * This is a full-time, exempt salaried position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Occasional nights and weekend work may be required.
