Sr Data Analyst

The Data Analyst III serves as the Lead for the Data Analysis section. This individual conducts complex statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and data mining to identify trends, correlations, and patterns that influence effective logistics execution. This individual contributes to data strategy development, ensuring data quality and integrity, and overseeing data governance policies to maintain compliance and accuracy. The Data Analyst III designs dynamic dashboards (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) and translates technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences Essential Duties, Skills and Responsibilities

• Serves as the lead for advanced data analytics
• Ensures successful task execution of predictive modeling requirements
• Liaison with key Government and corporate personnel
• Evaluates and assesses the strengths and weaknesses of various programs/activities
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Performs data mining, statistical modeling and machine learning
• Uses Vantage, Tableau and MS Office products to include Power BI and Power Automate.
• Monitors projects to ensure goals are met
• Schedules and manages tasks effectively
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Over 5 years analytics and logistics experience;

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Secret Clearance required
• Expert proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R, along with experience in data visualization and statistical analysis.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access.
• U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior U.S. Army data analytics experience
• Experience with Army STAMIS to include GCSS-A and Vantage
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office products including Power BI and Power Automate
