Software Engineer (AI/ML)

• Bachelor s degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 10+ years of software development experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML experience

Technical Skill Requirements

• Strong programming expertise in Python or Java
• Python is preferred
• Proven experience in AI/ML product development (production environments)
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• End-to-end ownership of AI/ML systems with deep technical insight
• Experience with AI frameworks, security, and guardrails

Strong experience building chatbots and/or API-driven AI systems (API Gateway integration)

• Cloud & DevOps Requirements
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially:
• AWS Bedrock
• Anthropic Claude models
• Model invocation APIs
• Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (critical requirement)
