Electronics and Web Application Specialist

1. Web Application Design and Development:

· Collaborate with our team to design and develop intuitive web applications.

· Develop robust dashboards and front-end interfaces using JavaScript, Vue/React frameworks.

1. Technical Customer Support:

· Provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring optimal functionality of our products.

· Address customer queries promptly and professionally.

1. Configuration and Testing of Electronics and IoT Devices:

· Assist in the configuration and testing of various electronics and IoT devices.

· Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of new devices.

1. Rollout of Computers, Servers, and Networking Equipment:

· Assist in the rollout of computers, servers, and networking equipment.

· Ensure the proper installation of computer OS and the integration of networking equipment.

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Basic understanding of electronics.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Vue/React frameworks.

Experience with SQL and web development.

Solid fundamentals in computer OS installation.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical/Engineering.

Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Cisco CCNA.
