Job description

This role combines Data Analysis, ERP Application Administration, and Database Management. Responsibilities span analyzing complex data from multiple business systems, administering critical applications such as Sage 100, PDI Enterprise, and Salesforce, and maintaining the SQL Server environment that supports them. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and technical skills, is detail-oriented, and can communicate findings clearly to a broad range of stakeholders. This is an in-office position at our corporate office in Kent, WA, reporting to the Director of Strategic IT., * Extract and analyze complex data sets sourced from ERP, CRM, and SQL databases to support business decision-making.

  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines connecting ERP, CRM, and SQL environments
  • Perform data-mapping in integration platforms to normalize and combine data sets into reliable, documented data models and to synchronize data across multiple systems.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP).
  • Translate findings into clear communication materials for a broad range of stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate analysis and ensure results accurately support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Document integrations, data flows, and system dependencies to maintain organizational knowledge., * Administer Sage 100, PDI Enterprise, and Salesforce, including user management, security, and configuration.
  • Evaluate and coordinate software upgrades; review release notes for potential business impact.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and support business users across finance and operations workflows.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for supported systems.

Database Administrator

  • Maintain SQL Server environments including replication, agent jobs, security permissions, and performance monitoring.
  • Create and manage tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and report queries.
  • Build automated jobs, alerts, and data quality checks to proactively identify issues.
  • Support backend integrations between business systems and assist with troubleshooting data flow failures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years in a role combining data analysis and database or application administration.
  • Strong SQL skills including queries, views, tables, relational database concepts, performance tuning, and best practices.
  • Experience supporting an ERP, CRM, accounting, and/or G/L systems.
  • Proficiency building reports and visualizations; ability to connect and blend data from multiple sources.
  • Experience using Salesforce including Reports & Dashboards, Flows, Data Loader, SOQL, and Workbench is a plus.
  • Experience with Boomi or other data-integration platforms
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
