AWS Oracle DBA

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our AWS multi-tenant databases ensuring performance, security, and availability. This role requires a strong understanding of database design and administration, as well as experience working with Oracle container databases in a cloud environment.

• Candidates must have experience setting up , configuring and optimizing Oracle application containers and PDBs.
• Strong PL/SQL programming skills.
• Proven experience in database administration with a strong focus on Oracle.
• Familiarity with advanced topics in Oracle including auditing, security, threading and caching for optimal database performance.
• Experience configuring and maintaining SOAP and LDAP environments.
• Strong understanding of database design of objects for optimal performance.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems as it relates to database management is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and keep up with latest technological changes.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
