ORACLE CLOUD DBA- Cloud should be Azure, Oracle golden gate Provisioning & ConfigurationSetting up and scaling database instances.Managing storage. Configuring High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions (e.g., replication). Performance Monitoring & TuningProactively monitoring CPU, storage, and network usage to ensure performance. Using native tools for optimization and troubleshooting.Security & ComplianceImplementing data encryption. Managing access controls (Identity and Access Management). Ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.AutomationUsing scripting (SQL, Python, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate routine maintenance and deployments.

Qualifications / RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily., Proficiency in Azure Cloud, Azure SQL, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Core Oracle DBA with CDB and PDB migration expertise. Experience with GoldenGate Service on Cloud, including tuning and troubleshooting. Experience with on-premises databases and standby database expertise. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Terraform, and CLI scripting.Understanding of VPCs, security groups, VPNs, and firewalls. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3 5 years of database administrator experience. Good knowledge and experience working with Oracle or SQL Server. Experience with operating system commands and scripting. Good knowledge of physical database design. Ability to proactively perform Oracle, SQL Server, and operating system performance monitoring. Excellent knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database backup and recovery scenarios.Good skills in various database monitoring tools. Experience with cross-database replication (e.g., GoldenGate product preferred). Good understanding of database security management. Good knowledge of how the database acquires and manages resources. Sound knowledge of database query optimization.
