Job description
- Help track status, timelines, and dependencies across active workstreams
- Facilitate working meetings; document decisions and action items.
- Support scheduling, meeting notes, action item tracking, and other program logistics
- Help engineering teams manage backlog and stay aligned on priorities
Expectations:
- Flexible hours that may shift week to week based on project needs
- Responsive communication and reliability during deadlines or time-sensitive tasks
- Taking ownership and responsibility for program health Required
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Prior experience in a program management role (10-11 years)
- STEM degree with exposure to technical work
- Organized, reliable, and good at following through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using basic productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Jira
- Interest in engineering disciplines
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfortable with connecting information across multiple sources
