Technical Program Manager

• Help track status, timelines, and dependencies across active workstreams
• Facilitate working meetings; document decisions and action items.
• Support scheduling, meeting notes, action item tracking, and other program logistics
• Help engineering teams manage backlog and stay aligned on priorities

• Responsive communication and reliability during deadlines or time-sensitive tasks
• Taking ownership and responsibility for program health Required

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Prior experience in a program management role (10-11 years)

• STEM degree with exposure to technical work
• Organized, reliable, and good at following through
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfortable using basic productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Jira
• Interest in engineering disciplines
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfortable with connecting information across multiple sources
