Systems Analyst

Assured Cyber Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to support requirements analysis, process documentation, system evaluation, testing coordination, issue resolution, and implementation support. The Systems Analyst will serve as a bridge between business users, developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity personnel, and project leadership., * Analyze existing and proposed systems, applications, workflows, and business processes.

• Gather, document, and validate user, business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop process flows, functional requirements, test cases, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, end users, and project managers.
• Support software releases, migrations, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Identify process gaps, technical risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support data analysis, reporting needs, and system performance reviews.
• Help document security, access control, audit logging, data protection, and compliance requirements.

Do you have experience in Testing and evaluation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business analysis, cybersecurity, or related field preferred.

• 3-10+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or technical requirements experience.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, workflows, and system changes.
• Experience supporting testing, issue tracking, user engagement, and implementation activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to comply with client security and data protection requirements.

Preferred Certifications

Security+, ITIL, CBAP, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft certification, or equivalent., * ITIL Certification (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (Preferred)
• CompTIA Security+ (Preferred)
• CBAP (Preferred)
• MCP (Preferred)
