IT Project Manager / Program Manager

• Lead IT projects and programs from initiation through deployment and closeout.
• Define project scope, objectives, requirements, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, staffing plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and client leadership.
• Track action items, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and deliverable status.
• Prepare status reports, executive briefings, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Support development of technical documentation, statements of work, and project artifacts.
• Ensure work products are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
• Integrate cybersecurity, access control, data protection, compliance, and operational risk considerations into project execution.

Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, technically aware, and comfortable coordinating across executives, technical teams, vendors, and end users., * Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, business, or related field preferred.

• 3-10+ years of IT project management or program management experience.
• Experience supporting public-sector, government, regulated, or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong experience with schedule management, stakeholder communications, risk tracking, and technical documentation.
• Ability to support onsite, remote, or hybrid work as required by the client.
• Ability to comply with client security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.

• ITIL Certification (Preferred)
• CISSP (Preferred)
• CCISO (Preferred)
• CompTIA Project+ (Preferred)
• Certified Scrum Master (Preferred)
• CompTIA Security+ (Preferred)
