Job description

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to support its Claims Operations team. This role is responsible for the administration, tracking, analysis, and management of cases within Salesforce while helping improve workflow efficiency and reporting. The Salesforce Analyst will work closely with operational and IT teams to ensure cases are appropriately assigned, monitored, and resolved. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys analytics, process improvement, and healthcare operations. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift

  • Monday - Friday
  • Standard business hours
  • Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite in NYC, 3 days remote

Key Duties

  • Coordinate Salesforce administration activities and case inventory management.
  • Triage, assign, route, and monitor incoming cases to ensure timely processing.
  • Track, trend, and analyze case activity, volumes, and aging metrics.
  • Maintain and update case records within the Salesforce platform.
  • Assist with production reporting, operational metrics, and data analysis.
  • Partner with IT teams to develop reports and support system enhancements.
  • Provide support for Salesforce user training and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and quality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare or health plan experience working with a CRM platform.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Licenses & Certifications

  • No certifications required.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with case management, workflow, and reporting systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operational and technical teams.
