Job description

  • Deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, Agile digital delivery environment
  • Support existing systems and develop new features as the product evolves
  • Advocate for best engineering practices and continuous improvement
  • Work with and refactor existing codebases to enhance system performance and maintainability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to advance engineering practices and deliver value to the audience

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering software solutions in C#, Go, Java, or Python
  • Experience with deploying to cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
  • Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and various automation testing processes
  • Strong work ethic and excellent software engineering practices
  • Ability to mentor and train other developers (beneficial)
  • Experience working with remote teams (beneficial)
