Job description

Take ownership of the entire machine learning lifecycle, from exploratory data analysis to production pipelines and evaluation.
Be the first ML hire, working hands-on to shape the data-driven intelligence strategy.
Design pipelines, solve data problems independently, and work across data acquisition, schema design, and data preparation.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering using rapid prototyping to validate hypotheses and extract insights.
Enjoy maximum creative freedom, influencing architecture, tooling, and data culture.
Calibrate models for a diverse customer base and continuously improve model quality.

Requirements

Several years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, or Applied Data Scientist with an engineering focus.
Strong Python and SQL skills, with confident use of a cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
A solid statistical foundation, understanding classical and probabilistic model families.
Experience with production model deployment and MLOps fundamentals.
A pragmatic, hands-on mindset, focused on delivering MVPs and handling incomplete data.
