Job description

The Arc Montgomery County has an exciting position for an IT Coordinator. Under the supervision of the IT Operations Lead, the IT Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization by coordinating technology needs and access across all divisions and departments. This includes ensuring that end users have the technology tools and training needed to complete their assigned duties, serving as a liaison to IT contractors and vendors, and generally ensuring smooth operations of databases, servers, equipment, help desk support, and cloud-based services.

Requirements

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Bachelor’s degree plus five years of relevant professional experience; or associate degree plus seven years of

  • relevant professional experience; or high school diploma or GED equivalency plus nine years of relevant professional
  • experience.
  • Strong command of database management, inventory management, and advanced computer skills.
  • Commitment to a high standard of ethics and protecting confidential information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
  • Ability to read and write fluently in English and have a good understanding of the English language.
  • Ability to successfully train employees with varying IT experience and skill levels.
