Job description

We are partnering with a well-known healthcare organization in the Bethany, OK area to place a Junior Network Administrator on a project-based contract tied to a new facility opening. This is a great opportunity for an IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience supporting network infrastructure in a healthcare environment., * Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network hardware including switches, routers, and telephony systems

Provide help desk and end-user technical support including hardware, software, and peripheral installation
Monitor system health using enterprise monitoring tools and investigate performance issues
Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and procedures
Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance windows as required

Requirements

Do you have experience in Telecommunications network cable installation?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred

Relevant certifications a plus (CompTIA Network+, A+, CCNA), * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or network administration
Hands-on experience with network hardware including switches, routers, and cabling
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite in Bethany, OK
