Web Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager and Client Communications Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating communication with clients for web design, development, and digital marketing projects., * Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop innovative strategies and tactics for handling all projects.
• Should be able to handle phone and video meetings with clients.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Bridge the gap between our internal team and our clients.

Do you have experience in Video conferences (communication methods)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience in project management, client communications, and hands-on strategic experience with both social ads and Google ads.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Starting salary of $18 per hour and up based on experience.
