Data Center Technician

We’re working with a rapidly expanding data centre operator delivering mission critical infrastructure across key US markets. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to bring on a Data Center Technician to support day-to-day operations across a live facility.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands the importance of uptime, reliability, and operational excellence within a high-availability environment., * Perform day-to-day maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data centre systems

• Rack, stack, and cable servers, network equipment, and hardware
• Monitor power, cooling, and environmental systems to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to alarms and execute incident response procedures
• Support vendor activity and ensure work is completed safely and to standard
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets, procedures, and activities
• Assist with planned preventative maintenance and site audits

Do you have experience in Safety standard operating procedures?, * Experience working in a data centre, critical environment, or similar technical setting

• Understanding of IT hardware, cabling infrastructure, and network basics
• Familiarity with power and cooling systems within mission critical facilities is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required
