Job description

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce Development specializing in Salesforce Lightning Web Components LWC and Apex programming, Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC and Apex Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements Customize Salesforce applications to meet organizational needs and enhance user experience Ensure high quality code through best practices code reviews and unit testing Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to recommend improvements Participate in system integration and data migration activities within the Salesforce ecosystem Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the Salesforce Development team

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Salesforce applications using LWC and Apex Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions Develop custom Lightning components and Apex classes triggers to extend Salesforce functionality Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable solutions Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high quality deliverables Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills Coordinate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and timely delivery of features Document technical designs processes and best practices for internal knowledge sharing
