Job description

Define and own the architecture strategy for Airvoyant’s AI-powered platform.
Design scalable solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and intelligent automation.
Lead architecture for cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
Establish architectural standards, governance, security, and best practices.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Drive technology selection, proof-of-concepts, and architecture reviews.
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across the organization.
Design integrations with aviation, MRO, ERP, and supply chain systems.?

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web services design?, The ideal candidate combines deep architecture expertise with hands-on experience building AI-enabled systems on AWS., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
5+ years architecting cloud-native applications on AWS.
Strong expertise in:
AI/LLM-based solutions
Agentic AI and RAG architectures
Microservices and distributed systems
API-first and event-driven architectures
Enterprise integration patterns
Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Experience designing highly scalable, secure, and resilient SaaS platforms.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.?

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Experience architecting data-intensive solutions leveraging Amazon RedShift and Amazon S3 Data lakes for analytics, AI/ML, and operational intelligence.
Experience with vector databases and AI orchestration platforms.
Aviation, MRO, airline operations, or supply chain domain experience.
AWS Solutions Architect certification.
