Sr Manager, IT (Hybrid)

This position focuses on developing secure and scalable IT infrastructure strategies. The role supports business growth and digital transformation by overseeing data centers, cloud environments, and networks., * Craft and implement a multi-year infrastructure and networking roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Drive modernization programs, including Microsoft Azure cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure models.
• Oversee enterprise cloud strategy with a focus on Azure integration.
• Ensure exceptional uptime, performance, and reliability across systems.
• Collaborate with security leaders to enhance infrastructure protection and compliance.
• Lead a high-performing infrastructure team and manage vendor partnerships.
• Manage the infrastructure budget, focusing on cost optimization and vendor consolidation.
• Direct infrastructure workstreams supporting ERP deployments and facility expansions.

• 10-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments or distributed operations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives in cloud and networking.
• Technical expertise in enterprise networking, hybrid infrastructure, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), CISSP, ITIL.
