Job description
- Work closely with business, warehouse operations, automation, and development teams.
- Validate and support integrations between Manhattan WMOS 2017 and various MHE/automation systems.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create and execute test scenarios covering inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, and shipping processes.
- Troubleshoot interface and integration issues involving conveyors, sorters, ASRS, scanners, PLC-controlled equipment, and other automated warehouse solutions.
- Support defect management, test documentation, and business sign-offs.
- Provide production cutover and Go-Live support during warehouse implementation.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS 2017.
- Deep understanding of warehouse automation and MHE integrations.
- Experience with WMS-to-MHE communication and interface testing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes:
- Receiving
- Putaway
- Replenishment
- Picking
- Packing
- Shipping
- Inventory Control
- Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, Integration Testing, and UAT.
- Ability to analyze interface logs, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Experience supporting warehouse Go-Live activities.
Preferred Experience
- Previous warehouse automation implementation projects.
- Experience with conveyor systems, sortation systems, ASRS, robotics, RF devices, or PLC-based integrations.
- Exposure to WCS/WES solutions is highly preferred.
