NET Developer & IT Systems Generalist

In this role, you will help set architectural direction and coding standards while building and supporting desktop applications, web systems, databases, and core infrastructure. You will prepare test data, analyze system failures, document program changes, and coordinate closely with network and security workflows to ensure application interoperability.

More than anything else, this position requires an insatiable desire to learn, sharp critical thinking, and a technical mindset capable of reverse-engineering and understanding the underlying processes behind any given task., * Application Development: Design, build, and maintain robust desktop applications while assisting with functional testing and performance optimization.

• Web & Architecture Ecosystems: Develop and scale web-based applications using modern MVC architectures, managing both frontend interfaces and backend logic.
• Database & Systems Administration: Administer, architect, and optimize database systems while coordinating external data integrations.
• IT Support & Infrastructure: Provide essential helpdesk support, environment configuration, and network troubleshooting to keep the office and production environments running smoothly.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Core Software & Database Engineering

• 4+ years of application and database development experience.

Systems, Network, & Cloud Administration

• Strong foundational understanding of System and Network Administration.
• Familiarity with Cloud Environments (such as AWS) and remote management tools (SSH, PuTTY).
• Hands-on capability with basic IT support and desktop troubleshooting (Windows 7-11, printers, office networking).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, with a heavy emphasis on VB.NET and WinForms.
• Experience working with ActiveReports.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture.
• Professional database knowledge and administration experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Web development capabilities, particularly with PHP / Laravel and JavaScript / TypeScript (including frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular).
