Requirements

Healthcare and Family Services is seeking a Vendor to provide two (2) contractors, one to perform as database administrator (DBA) and other as software support specialist. DBA candidate shall at a minimum:

Have 3 years of experience with IMS database administration in an IMS/TM environment

Have 3 years of experience with DB2/ZOS database administration.

Have 3 years of experience with Z/OS using ISPF/TSO, JCL, and IBM utility/software tools and

Have 3 years of experience with 3rd party utility/software tools for IMS and DB2 database administration.

Have 3 years of problem diagnosis/resolution experience.

Be on a call rotation schedule to provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call support which includes on-site presence in providing that support arriving on-site within an hour of notification.

Have clear and easily understood English verbal and written communication skills
