VMware Cloud Foundation/ SaltStack Consultant

Provide expert support for Configuration Drift Management using Salt solution on ICPW platform , ensuring consistent, compliant, and automated configuration management across VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.x environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support configuration drift detection and remediation using SaltStack
• Ensure infrastructure consistency across environments (Dev, QA, Prod)
• Develop and maintain configuration baselines and policies
• Automate remediation workflows for identified drift scenarios
• Provide operational and technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs
• Provide regular updates, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and reliability
• Drive enhancements in tooling, scripts, and operational processes

• Strong hands-on experience with SaltStack (Salt)
• Experience in Configuration Drift Management / Infrastructure as Code
• Deep understanding of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) architecture
