Job description
Alcon is looking to hire a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) coordinator to join our packaging team at John Creek, GA in the US. You will be responsible for managing various DSMFLEX MES workflow activities, including but not limited to reviewing inspections, processing exceptions, closing out lots, and coordinating magazine resorts., * Directing and monitoring production workflow to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards * Reviewing/approving various Quality Assurance (QA) inspections and coordinating MES-driven inspection actions as required * Monitoring statistical process control (SPC) pulls for sampling plan issues/changes * Liaising with manufacturing engineering, production, and quality operations * Coordinating with others on deviation management
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent * The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English * 3 Years of Relevant Experience, Two-year technical degree in Database Administration or Computer Technology * Microsoft Office Suite experience
