Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance Consultant with a strong background in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing equipment master data, asset lifecycles, and complex integration processes. This is a fully remote position operating on a compressed four-day workweek schedule., * Asset Management: Oversee and optimize SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance processes, focusing on equipment master data, functional locations, and asset lifecycle management.

Maintenance Operations: Manage maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, and task lists.
System Integration: Ensure seamless SAP integration across spare parts, procurement, inventory, and finance modules.
Compliance & Governance: Apply a solid understanding of equipment hierarchy, serialization, and government property regulations specific to the A&D sector.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on SAP experience (10-15 years is highly preferred).
Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance (PM), and Equipment Master.
Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of government property regulations and A&D compliance.
Citizenship: US Citizenship is strictly required.
Certifications: None required.
