- System & Application Analysis: Collaborate with department users to identify data needs to be collected and the appropriate format to use for effective management reports, hardware solutions, and software workflows.
- EDI: Coordinate and manage the seamless input/output of data via EDI workflows.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot program issues, and maintain data/program management.
- Training: Assist in developing and delivering training programs for users.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in planning system developments and regularly evaluate existing data equipment/software for maximum efficiency.
