Job description

We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Architect to lead a large-scale MDM transformation initiative for a global enterprise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Informatica MDM and Reltio, driving platform evaluation, architecture design, governance, and implementation across multi-domain master data environments. < data-start=”551” data-end=”572”>Responsibilities

Lead MDM platform evaluation and selection initiatives, including Informatica MDM and Reltio.
Define and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) frameworks for data ingestion, match-merge, stewardship, and governance workflows.
Design enterprise-wide MDM architecture supporting Customer, Product, and Supplier domains.
Develop canonical data models, golden record strategies, hierarchy management, and survivorship rules.
Define integration patterns across ERP, CRM, PLM, Data Lake, and Analytics platforms.
Establish real-time, API-driven, and event-based data integration frameworks.
Create implementation roadmaps, onboarding strategies, and governance models.
Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and stakeholder workshops.
Implement data quality, lineage, metadata management, auditability, and compliance controls.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to align MDM solutions with enterprise objectives.

Requirements

6+ years of experience designing and implementing complex Multi-Domain MDM solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (IDMC / Multidomain).
Experience implementing and architecting solutions using Reltio MDM.
Proven experience with MDM platform evaluation and selection programs.
Expertise in Customer, Product, and Supplier master data domains.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, matching and merging strategies, survivorship rules, and data quality frameworks.
Experience with API-led integrations and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, PLM, Data Lake, and Data Mesh ecosystems.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and audit controls.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Financial Services industries.
Exposure to highly regulated environments requiring strict compliance and traceability.
