In this role, you will meet with residents, determine what internet services are available at their address, explain available options, and assist customers with enrollment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, helping customers, and working in a performance-based sales environment. Responsibilities - Speak with prospective customers in your assigned territory - Determine internet service availability by entering customer addresses into our platform - Explain available provider options and service plans - Assist customers with internet enrollments - Maintain accurate customer information and records - Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines What You’ll Be Doing The process is straightforward: 1. Speak with a customer 2. Enter their address into the system 3. Review available providers and plans 4. Help the customer select an option 5. Complete the enrollment process The platform provides provider availability and plan information, allowing agents to focus on customer service and sales activities. Compensation This is a commission-based sales position with weekly payouts. Compensation is earned based on completed customer enrollments. Additional performance incentives may be available.
