Job description

Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong expertise in CNC machining, programming, machine setup, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Fanuc and Siemens control systems, CNC machine operations, CAD/CAM programming, and machining process optimization. This role also involves supporting customers and dealers with CNC applications, troubleshooting, and process improvements., * Develop, optimize, and debug CNC machining programs for milling, turning, VMC, TC, and multi-axis machines.

Perform CNC machine setup, tooling setup, and machine operation using Fanuc and Siemens controls.
Support CNC machining processes including cutting theory, tooling selection, feeds, and speeds optimization.
Utilize CAD/CAM software to create and modify machining programs.
Troubleshoot CNC programming, machine operation, and machining process issues.
Provide technical support and application assistance to customers, dealers, and end users.
Assist with machine demonstrations, customer training, and process improvement activities.

Requirements

5+ Years of experience in Developing , Optimizing and Debugging CNC Machining Program.
Experience in CNC machine set up and operation specifically with Fanuc and siemens.
Hands-on experience in Control System programming such as Fanuc and Siemens and VMC, TC, and Multiaxis Machine operation capability.
Strong experience in CAD or CAM Software.
Strong experience in Cutting Theory, Tooling, and Machine Processes.
Hands on experience with customer (dealers and clients) support for CNC applications.
