Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Full Stack Developer to join the Enterprise Salesforce team. This role is responsible for end-to-end Salesforce solution development, including UI/UX (LWC), backend customization (Apex), integrations, data modeling, and enterprise workflow automation. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform expertise, experience in enterprise integrations and migrations, and a modern engineering mindset leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality., * Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
- Design and implement scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and MuleSoft.
- Build responsive Experience Cloud and UI components aligned with business requirements.
- Support data modeling, data migration, validation, and governance activities.
- Participate in Jira and Confluence migration support activities (on-prem to cloud).
- Use Generative AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure security, performance, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Architects, BAs, and QA teams in Agile delivery cycles.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, CDC.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and CI/CD (Salesforce DX, Git).
- Experience with Jira/Confluence or enterprise system migrations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
