Full Stack Developer

This is a dual-track developer role for both product app development and client web development. You’ll work across two distinct, meaningful workstreams:

• GrowthOS Development - Our flagship software platform is already in development. You’ll come in to help finalize the codebase for deployment, working closely with our external tech partner and our Creative Director and AI Ops Lead. Once it’s live, alongside these folks, you are the lead developer to manage the infrastructure, ship iterative improvements, and grow the platform as our client base scales with it. This is a real product with a real roadmap, not a side project.
• Modern Framework Websites - As we transition our client base off traditional CMS platforms like WordPress, you’ll build and deploy client websites on Next.js with headless CMS architecture. Fast, clean, and built to perform in AI-driven search.

You’ll deploy and manage everything on Vercel, and you’ll have real ownership over the technical decisions you make.

What You’ll Work On

• Finalize and deploy the GrowthOS application alongside our tech partner and internal team
• Own GrowthOS post-launch - infrastructure management, bug fixes, feature iterations, performance
• Build and deploy client websites on Next.js with headless CMS architecture
• Manage all deployments on Vercel across both GrowthOS and client sites
• Make real technical decisions - on architecture, tooling, and approach - with leadership trust behind you

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * 4+ years of real-world experience building with React and Next.js

• A portfolio that shows both web applications and business websites
• The ability to take a Figma design and produce pixel-accurate, production-quality code fast
• Solid understanding of Vercel deployment, environment management, and CI/CD basics
• Self-sufficient - you can scope a project, surface blockers early, and ship without hand-holding
• Bonus: experience with headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful), HubSpot integrations, TypeScript, or programmatic SEO
