Job description

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Drupal (Drupal 8/9/10 preferred).
Build and customize Drupal modules, themes, and integrations with precision and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers.
Ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices through careful review and testing.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.

Requirements

4-6 years of professional software development experience.
Expertise in Drupal (module development, theming, configuration management).
Proficiency in PHP and modern PHP development practices.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Drupal ecosystem tools (Drush, Composer, Twig, etc.).
Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Strongly preferred agile / SAFe certification, experience operating in a rigorous agile delivery and deployment 2 week cadence.
Experience in Government Contracting, prefer HHS prior experience if possible.

DevOps & Infrastructure Experience:

Experience with version control systems (Git).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/Cloudbees, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
Understanding of deployment workflows, monitoring, and logging.
Jira and Confluence experience, SharePoint, MS Products.
